Guild Hall Travel Issue When Offline

Hi all,
I’m having trouble with my guild hall setup. When I link my primary residence in my guild’s “About Us” section, members get a “no permission to travel” message unless I’m online.
Permissions are set correctly — our guild is added as visitors, and everyone can enter when I’m logged in. But as soon as I log off, the link in the “About Us” stops working.
Has anyone run into this before? Is there a way to make the house always accessible through the guild link, even when I’m offline?
