missing files and folders

I have the elder scrolls online folder with the live folder but all that is in side the live folder is my addons folder and my usersettings file I tried to get my other files and folder back by pressing the play button but that didn't do anything

If you have the Play button, the files should all be intact... However, you can try and do a repair install (from the Launcher click on Game Options).

Keep in mind, there might be two separate folders for the different regions.

What happens if you press the Play button?

goes gray then becomes blue again one of the files I know im missing is the shadercache.cooked file
