Princely Dawnlight Palace Windows

I would like to ask the creators of this formidable abode what the deal is with the windows? I am playing on xbox x console. The selling point for this Princely Dawnlight Palace is suppose to be how the light is captured in the morning. The large windows behind what appears to be the throne room do not light up at all. There are smaller windows off the to left and right of the them that light up but not in the center where the glorious effect is suppose to be present. There have been postings of this since 2016 and it still doesn’t appear that anyone in the creation department has addressed the issue. For 14,000 crowns I’m wondering why this hasn’t been addressed. Could someone just say if this will be addressed or not as a courtesy? Thank you.

xencthlu✭✭✭Here's a better image of the bug. This is as bright as it gets in here. I've added my own light sources to try to beat back the darkness, and I've failed. This house is worth more than 100 USD. Dawnlight is the name. It's pitch black.
