Annulment - Harness magicka needs some rework

Anybody else noticed that when upgrading annulment to harness magicka it'll start to make really annoying hurtful sound when using it (like really high continuous bling bling bling). I play with a friend and he noticed it too and asked me to not to use it anymore because it really hurts his ears. Now I just used my skill points for nothing because I can't use my shield anymore because it makes our ears bleed.

I hadn't gotten it yet, but was planning on it. Did you guys submit feedback to Zenimax through the ingame through help or through support on this website? Sounds like something they may want to take a look at.

I have noticed this, an annoying tinkling sound. It's not that bad (Magelight's SWOOSH SWOOSH SWOOSH drives me crazier) but yeah, really shouldn't have annoying effects on long duration buffs.

Yeah I'm planning to submit some feedback after I've heard some feedback from other players so I'm not the only one getting annoyed by this (or other) sound(s) from buffs. The other upgrade from annulment isn't that bad (the loud wind sound) though but in a long run it gets on the nerves too.
