Game launch fails constantly.

I've updated, I've repaired, I've reinstalled. Multiple accounts, PC-NA and PC-EU. Windows 11. Usually happens on login from character screen or when changing zones. Just freezes on loading screen, then crashes to desktop and I get the "latest game launch failed" popup. This is driving me nuts, and happening during an event is pretty frustrating.
