Why some add-ons won't install for me but will for others?

LibText, and Back To Keyboard - I see the number of the installs of these add-ons go up (XBOX EU) but when I try to install them it appears the uroboro an then says "not installed".
I only have around 10 add-ons installed and I am far from the limit.
Any idea what's going on?
