Problems in the Groupdungeon Bedlam Veil

I got a problem with the Groupdungeon Bedlam Veil. When porting in I can not get an enemy in target and can not do heavy attacks or casting skills at them. so i can not do damage or spot them. Unfortunately I think it is connected to an addon. So if I go in without any addon active I can get enemies in target and can activate the addons again and can target enemies. but sometimes after the first trashgroup the bug reappears.
Also I can not figure out which addon is causing this. Has anyone the same problem? Every help appreciated

I have the same problem from time to time in different instances. Logging out and back in helps. No idea if it's addon related.

Sometimes reloading UI has helped fix that for me, but not all the time.

Same issue has occurred for me a few times this year specifically, I don't think I had the problem until this year. Can happen anywhere, not just Bedlam Veil.

ZOS have posted that they were able to reproduce a similar bug but no word on a fix yet (at least I missed if it was added in a patch note)

i ported to Velyn Harbor a min ago and had the same prob ,some aoe skills working some dont
but when i collect an item from ground-fe a plant- can then use all skills again -a reloadui didint help
