Blessed Crucible Achievement Bugged

All the posts I have found about similar bugs are pretty old and I don't want to necro one. Apologies if I should have used one of those.
Me and two friends today completed Blessed Crucible veteran for the first time. The achievement for hard mode completed but the one for defeating all the bosses didn't. I went to check if we had somehow missed one and it says we have missed Grunt the Clever. We definitely didn't. I'm not even sure you can get through the door without killing him.
He was definitely dead and everyone in the party was alive. We only had two deaths in the run and both were at the final boss.
Reported in the game too but adding here in case anyone can shed some light on whether doing another run will fix this or whether it is permanently stuck as incomplete?
