Experiencing this now--PvP undoable because of random (but not constant) lagouts for 20 seconds, and now disconnected with repeatedly failing login queues, no way into the game. PC NA.

PC EU - get only Log in Error when trying to log in and double checked password and UserID until checking here in case there where any known issues. Seem to happen too often nowadays on EU servers.

PS-NA. Seems to be resolved. Able to login and load character now (0340 am EDT).

Edit: game froze and server booted me (0345 am EDT). Error 301 Unable to connect to server.
