I haven’t posted in quite a while. Been a bit busy with life and all. Been wanting to do some stuff on here. Back to the topic though.
So, my question is how is the math done in recovery and how could it be revised. When it comes to health recovery reduction in vampire stages, should that reduction only affect the baseline? What I mean by “baseline” is the base amount of health recovery without any added percentages/numbers from buffs, gear, runes, passives, foods/drinks, and/or skills (or other sources I may not remember).
So, for example, if baseline is 514, and there was a bonus of 500 from other sources with Stage 4 Vampirism (100% reduction), then you only have 500 health recovery.
Can something like this be implemented as a rework so that health recovery reduction is not completely gutting vampires?
