None in-game administration client suggestion

Suggestion:
Make an option to have an account/game administration/management client, that can take care of various tasks, like guild management, trade management, WITHOUT the need to log into game.
(But still using your account login, of course)

Simply because having to manage a guild, with all sorts of requirements, like combat engagement, sales minimums etc. takes a lot of time away from actual gameplay.

If some sort of app, website or something else could be made, to simplify and streamline the more administrative tasks in ESO, there would be more time for guild managers, to actually play the game, instead of manually updating spreadsheets, and keeping track of who does what.. (or who DOESN'T do what )

Any comments?

I have written many times in the past that we lack the tools to manage the guild. Your option is very attractive, but I no longer have any hope that we will have improvements in this direction.
