Scribing for all
Hi. I just noticed the scribing quest starter has a new "requirement not met" option. Instead of at least 1 character at 50 lvl, it requires the scribing collectable. The question: how do you get the collectable without starting the scribing quest? Seems a bit "catch 22" to me, or have I missed something (again, lol)?
