Twice-Fanged Serpent: This set now passively grants 2305 Offensive Penetration when wearing 5 pieces or more. This set now grants 660 Offensive Penetration per stack up to 5 stacks max, rather than 544 per stack up to 10 stacks max. This set’s 3 piece bonus is now 1487 Offensive Penetration, rather than 1096 Max Stamina.

Total pen from stuhn : 6799
Total pen from the new Twice-fanged serpent (TFS) : 7092

Besides, now TFS can be slotted on the front bar only (since reaching 5 stacks should take about 3 secs), instead of requiring both bars. I've tried making a halfassed build in 15 minutes with this set on uesp and it looks really good : I can get 6k+ spell damage, infinite sustain, 30k+ resists on the front bar, as well as 46% crit chances with 78% crit damage. On top of that, TFS gives me 12.6k pen.

I don't have access to my pc right now (and not for this week), can anyone try this on the pts ? I really think this set has the potential to become the new meta for front bar high damage sets. Maybe we can finally stop using essence thief/rallying cry and move to the new and more interesting TFS/rallying cry

At least it would be nice to see pure stat sets rule the meta during u47

Huh, TFS looks way better.

The issue with Stuhn's - if you've measured it with an addon - is mediocre uptime in smaller fights, due to off-balance immunity.
