My character looks like a vampire but is a werewolf

My character Earth Mother is a werewolf but drank a bloody Mara potion and now looks pasty white and has vampire stats but not the skills. She is a werewolf with werewolf skills. Please help

Is there an Armory slot where you’ve saved lycanthropy (or no curse) that you can use? Have you tried getting rid of the curses via the NPC in game and reacquiring lycanthropy?

If you would rather Support look at your character from their end, you would need to file a help ticket (not feedback/bug) from your game account. This lets them verify you are the account owner in question (which can’t be done via a forum post, as these are separate accounts) and establishes a specific ticket number they can use in processing the issue.

You should be able to file a help ticket from the game menu. After you receive the email from Support acknowledging the ticket, reply once and only once to that and each subsequent email they send you. If you don’t reply within the period of time specified in the email, they will assume your issue is solved and the ticket will close automatically. If you reply multiple times, your ticket will get bumped back in line each time and it will take longer for them to get to it.
