I have a preety fine DELL laptop which runs most of my gams at high fps (60-90).
when i tried to play ESO (and yes, evrything updates and repair tool doesnt seems to help), in-game i cant see the ground, my character, or any walls.
when i tried to launch the game on a WEAKER laptop, it run normally (with 20~ fps, but without the problems i had on my laptop).
can someone help me find a solution?
if screenshots and\or dxdiag is needed, post in comments.

Screenshots and a dxdiag always helps

Have you got the latest video drivers? (this is very important!)

@Slavechik Based on your DxDiag it looks like you could be running into issues because of your driver. The date of the driver shows 1/8/2011 and that could be the cause of your issue. With that type of card you would need to navigate Intel's site for updates to your graphics card.

If you've ensured that you have updated your graphics card, make sure you also install the latest version of DirectX as well.

Also could you post the DxDiag from the system with no issue for comparison?

i went to the intel site, and launched their utility program. the driver seems to be updated.
and here is the DxDiag from the weaker laptop (ASUS):
-if i am not wrong, they have the same graphic card, the only difference is that the dells processor seems to be 2.0ghz, and the asus's processor seems to be 2.8ghz (althou the preformance is better on the dell laptop.

@ Slavechik Your laptop uses the NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M for games.
You can go directly to the Nvidia site for a driver update.
this link http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/75992/en-us should bring you to the drivers you need.

The 2nd laptop does not seem to have a proper gaming card built in.
so i doubt you'll be able to get any decent results there.
