Prioritizing animations over break free.

Break free should be able to be accomplished the instant that a CC happens. Instead we have to wait for an animation to complete before a break free can occur. This allows enough time to absorb another hit that could have otherwise been dodged. Charmed, Leap, Fossilize, Javelin all tend to do this.
