Scribing

Hey guys !
I just reached lv.30 with one of my characters, so I thought I could start the Scribing thing (there's a huge "Scribing for all" announcement on ESO's homepage, saying that we just need to be 30 to get the bundle and start the Prologue quest), but when I go to the Crown Score it says I need to be lv.50 and have the "Hero" achievement
Am I missing something somewhere ?
