Guild Stores Broken by Expired Items

It appears that guild stores are currently broken in that when an item you've listed expires, it vanishes from the listings (as it should), however it doesn't get returned to you in the mail like it's supposed to, and it still counts against the number of listings that you can have active in the guild store.

When I checked yesterday, I had a bunch of active listings in my guild store that were expiring in 23 hours (which would have meant that they expired about 5 hours ago as of the time I'm writing this), so I made a mental note to log on this afternoon to collect the expired items from the mail and list a bunch of new items for sale. When I logged on just now, though, I had no mails waiting for me, so I checked my listings on the guild store to see if I had somehow been wrong about when they were expiring. Nope, they're gone. They didn't get returned to me, though, and even though there's only 1 item showing under my listings on the guild store, it shows that I have 21 of 30 listings active.

That one remaining listing that's showing as active expires in a few hours, so I'll check back and see if the same thing happens with it, but now I'm wondering: how many items have just vanished into thin air before I noticed this? I didn't count them, but I don't think I actually had 21 listings active yesterday, I think it was more like 7 or 8, so that makes me think that probably 12 or 13 of the items I has previously listed already vanished into thin air before I noticed.

Has anyone else seen anything like this happening? I'm on PC/NA, and I checked the guild listings with all addons disabled as well, just in case there was a weird addon issue causing it to just not display things.

Ive noticed if I'm online when an Item expires it usually takes 5 to 10 minutes to show up in my mail. Sometimes Ill log in the first time of the day knowing I should have expired items they won't be in the mail and they won't show up in the trader usually after logging in if I change zones the items will then appear in the mail.

I tried zoning to force mail to appear, but it didn't. The really weird thing, though, is that it still showed 21 listings active, but only showed 1 listing. So even though I only had 1 listing actually active, the guild store wouldn't let me list more than 9 more things.

Anyway, I logged in again now to check what happened with that final item I had listed that was going to expire in a few hours, and:

So it's not listed anymore because it's expired, but the guild store still thinks I have something listed, and it hasn't been sent to me yet.

But, I finally received my mails for the items that expired earlier today! So it seems like there's a significant delay between when an item expires and when the mail is sent to you, and during that delay the item is gone from the guild store, but still counts towards your total listings, meaning that you can't list a new item to replace it until whenever the mail finally gets sent to you.
