Weekly Tel Var Merchant - Can't purchase Galen Treasure Map because I don't own Deadlands?

As title says, I can't purchase the Galen Treasure Map because it says I don't own the Deadlands DLC, which isn't tied to Galen or the Firesong DLC (which I do own). Help! I want to buy some maps!
