Indrik quest special sound effects.

I did the indrik quest for the scribing Golden Pursuits to verify that the I could do the quest and get the Golden Pursuits on an alt after doing it once before.
It worked but I had an weird sound talking to the indrik. Found out it was my pc fans going at full power showing the indrik on a 4070ti, water cooled ryzen 5950 16 core, 64 gb ram.
This was particle effects on an character with an idle animation, I know the sound, its tend to be cpu going full throttle, usuall a time to bring out the vacuum cleaner but used that last week.
Anybody else had this effect?
