Scribing Golden Pursuits Completion issue

"Claim Scribing from the Crown Store" is not able to be completed by player who already owns scribing.
"Scribe 1 Skill" not completing for those with already scribed skills. For those who had scribing already, this is completed and should count as such.

Maythor: honestly we're getting the supermarket treatment here ... shrinkflation with the addition of simply moving things about so they seem fresher .. all the while being told a corporation is our friend :P

aleksandr_ESO✭✭✭✭Many golden pursuits campaigns had tasks that could not be completed on older accounts. For this, much more tasks have been added than needed.

✭✭✭✭✭i agree about Claim Scribing and i think that should be completed if you already have it.
But you can Scribe a skill even if you already scribed before.

This will not be fixed, since this is not a bug.
And since there are 26 pursuits, of which one isn't available to everyone, and you only need to complete 16, there is neither pressure nor reason to change anything.Edited by Eisengreifer on July 11, 2025 11:03AM1 -
Aylish✭✭✭✭✭This pursuits are possible to complete even if one has scribing done with every possible char.
There are 26 tasks of which 16 need to be completed for the last milestone.
Only 8 are locked if you already have scribing due to purchasing Gold Road before and completed it on every char, which are
- claim scribing from CS
- get 3 grimoires
- 6 of „complete scribing quest x“
And there are no special rewards locked behind any of them.
So you have a pool of 18 tasks left. Maybe you won‘t collect the 10 inks but it‘s still possible to complete the 16 tasks.Edited by Aylish on July 11, 2025 12:16PM2 -

✭✭It doesn't seem to be working anyway. I have several toons that had not picked up scribing. I picked it up from the crown store on two and did not receive credit for the pursuit.1
