Should trial HM achievements be locked until the next patch after each summer release?

Me & a friend got into a debate recently regarding HM completions and trifectas for trials and if people should be able to get them before the 1st patch after release as that is usally a lot of nerfs every year, which then makes it more difficult to obtain. (I don't, but I thought I would ask here via a poll to see what others think)

I’m a customer, not a QA tester… ZOS shouldn’t move the goalposts further away from releasing balanced, polished, and feature-complete updates.

Among other reasons, I don't think it's consistent that there's an identically-timed patch each year that always makes content easier. Even there was sort of a trend, it's not an official thing, so why would it be limited?

I think it's actually easier as dps rises and more sets/flexibility happens.
