Will not Launch. Suddenly odd messages appear now.

I have reinstalled the game.
I have launched or tried to lainch it dorectly and via Steam.
I get the launch window that waits, no news, nothing, not even access to it because a window pops up ontop of it saying
SYSTEM MESSAGE [3.1]
Failed to download the applications library, please verify network connection.

Upon hittong CLOSE the Launch window dies also so no chance to get ot the REPAIR button.
When launchi8ng direct another window comes up saying
INVALID CLIENT
You've attempted to use an invalid or outdated client. please exit and update your client using the patcher.
What do I do please? I have followed so so so so so many peoples suggestions but none work.

madman65✭✭✭✭You can bypass the launcher in the game directory since you have the launcher. Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client. Just use the ESO64.exe application and you can play the game if not then you have an internet problem, maybe the firewall.0 -

Hi, No Ive been through the firewall isses and added ports and three exes and so on.
Also usewd three ISP's for connectivity. Two different routers.
Also shut off the firewall completely and also used three isp's as well on top of now three reinstalls.
Also Ive done reinstalls overe three different drives.
All thats left isd a total computer strip down.
I can only surmise that this si something ZOS's end not ours. Because there's othing left.
If the software cant see the connection how can it download a fix?
