Mundus stone boon randomly vanishing

... I had it happen at least 4 times on different characters recently, the last time was after the yesterday's update. A couple of my friends had it happen, too. I would have thought it was something I've done myself, but the only way to completely remove the mundus I know is rather convoluted, involving saving a build with no mundus to the armory, then loading it. Which you need to do before picking a mundus for the first time, so obviously, that wasn't the case.
The only other possible thing involved was that I did change mundus on these characters not long ago before that 'cause of the endeavors asking to do that, and it was always a change to some other and back to the one I had before.
