As nice as they are the Colovian tile set is overused.

The version of the house currently on the PTS is the unfurnished one, but just like with most homes, there are still some built-in furnishings like in the Chapel. I'm hoping it stays that way and that what we see there now will also be present on the live servers

Thank you for the preview! There is a lot of work put into your previews!

My reaction to the update was:

1) Alinor structural furnishings! Doors! Finally! Floor, wall etc! But wait, I still want more!
2) A cottage! Hey, that's like 4-5 years late. But I love it. Probably the best house overall released in the past years.
3) A "free" house! Yay! Oh, wait, it's so large! How am I going to decorate this?

The good news, there are many new furnishings which will be quite useful. I like the Argonian styled ones too.
The not so great news is, we are still following the same pattern with rather slow releases of housing content. It looks like the housing system hit a wall, and that's all we can get for many years: a few houses each year, some furnishings in Q2, structural in Q4, and repeat. I keep saying there are plenty of houses, what's lacking is new stuff to do with these player spaces. From my point of view, there are way too little furnishings available compared to the assets we see in game.

When I decorate a house I get to the point where I spend a lot of time, not building, but trying to find a furnishing that would solve a certain problem, because the needed piece exists in the game world, but not as a furnishing. Sometimes I wonder if the diversity and availability of furnishings items is scarce by design. Because I would love to use the time just building, instead of finding the next best thing for a replacement.

Anyway, after seven years, I will be able to place Alinor doors in my Alinor house from Summerset! I haven't checked yet if they fit, or they are "Sunport" size.

I kind of agree with this. Before there were too many in Leyawiin style now there are a bunch with Colovian style. It’s a nice style but I am not sure I want to decorate another house like that. I’m not very creative though, maybe others have fresh ideas for it.

Nice to see Alinor structural furnishings for sure, and some of the Tide-Born ones are really nice too. I sure hope we get a house to use them in soon.

The Worm Cult furnishings are cool too, but I am concerned that since they drop from a transient event that the drop rate might be low and hard to obtain, and guild trader prices too high. Please don’t repeat the Thieves event furnishing fiasco that we had a while back.

A lot of surprisingly nice furniture in this update, such as nice structures. I like how a whole argonian hut is added to master writ blueprints. That's slot saving.
