Non CP Imperial City broken since vengeance on Xbox EU

Since Vengeance was added to Xbox EU whenever I try to climb the ladder into districts or when going into sewers from the EP base, the game is stuck in a loading screen and then I disconnect from servers.
This happens in Non CP IC.
This is happening for days now. Really annoying during trading event.
Someone else experiencing this? Can someone confirm pls?
Also since Vengeance update sometimes attacks don't register and don't do any damage in the regular CP Imperial City. I clipped to proof and can upload later.
