When someone is terminated from a corporation, there is no transition period. If they're at work that day, there is an escort out of the building.

I would bet he is choosing to leave. Probably because he doesn't want to oversee the next phase for ZOS after it was decided Blackbird wouldn't continue. And 18 years is a long time.

he just left and his replacement has been part of ZOS for 13 years.
i doubt it's bad, but i think this poll is unnecessary
