The Scholarium, "Wings of the Dragon", Riddle of War...

I mean, the riddle is kinda obvious. "Thrice torn land", "wood cracks", "hay takes note", and "toads rest their feet".

I am guessing that right now during Vengeance, this riddle is simply not available to be solved? Because quest menu is wiped, I am guessing going into those caves and looting something will not magically trigger the riddle being solved when I leave Cyro?
