Can a character have more than one scribed ability at the same time based on the Wield Soul Grimoire?

No, all you can do is change it. You can have other scribing skill lines active at the same time though, but not more than one of the same skill line, to the best of my knowledge.

As you can't have 2 different morphs of a single skill usable at the same time, you can't have multiple configurations of the same grimoire to use at once.

It's also worth mentioning that saving your build in the armory does not save the scribed configuration for some reason.
This means you'll need to re-scribe it if you need a different scribed skill for your various builds. e.g. DMG + DOT + Debuff for PVE and Heal + Regen + Vitality for PVP.

Fortunately with subclassing we can now make the same builds on old alts with little effort and just change the scribing skills.
