Having issues of crashing to desktop ever since moving the game folder

So I got a NVME ssd so I moved the game's files to it from my normal ssd and ever since I keep crashing to desktop probably at least once or twice per night.
At first I thought maybe it's my over clock but it's been fine for over a year+ so I turned it off but still I crash like crazy, before that I'd crash to desktop maybe once or twice per year now it's once or twice per night.
I was wondering if reinstalling the game would help? or does anyone else suddenly as of last patch crash to desktop frequently?
