Hello you all, my problem is that i can't see my character when i'm gonna to create him
Can anyone help me?

Sounds slightly obvious but did you quit and try launching the game again?
I had the exact same issue but a restart solved it.

Are you able to take a screenshot of the issue?
It may provide additional information.
Also, what graphics card do you have and do you have the latest video drivers?

and all the game is black, i can't see anything. i can see the HUD like the tips like press WASD to walk,things like that
And my graphics card is GTX 550 TI
And yes i updated the video card and still nothing

Guys i fixed it by chanching something in the usersettings.txt.
What i did was changing SET GraphicsDriver.7 D3D9 TO D3D11
