Another Opportunity for Kelesan'ruhn?

Hello! I was exploring the Telvanni Peninsula and stumbled across the player home "Kelesan'ruhn." Further research into this home indicates that it is no longer obtainable, which is a shame since it is such a nice home. Will there be another opportunity to obtain this home in the future?

Most likely as Grand Psijic Villa was a reward and it came back to the crown store to be able to be bought through crowns, tho it did take 3 years for it to make its appearance. Kelesan'ruhn should be similar to other event houses like that.

The house is kinda neat, but from my experience there's no wayshrines or towns or anything nearby. It's really tucked away and across water, which makes it even slower to navigate to and from without porting out of. Does anyone know if there are any shortcuts or paths from it to necrom city, besides teleporting?
