Soul Reaper spawns broken again?

As the title says ^ It seems as though the Soul Reapers might not be spawning again. I've been running around the spawn locations in different zones for about 30 minutes or so and not a single one has appeared.

I encountered one today (maybe 10-12 hours ago) in Reaper’s March (PC-NA) that worked just fine. I don’t know what would have happened in the interim to cause them to stop spawning entirely.

In the past few days I’ve had some very bugged ones in Solstice, though, where the kneeling defenders were 20-ish meters away from the Soul Reaper and neither part worked as intended. The Soul Reaper couldn’t be destroyed, as the mobs meant to be present there didn’t appear, while the same single trash mob spawned repeatedly on the defenders’ location for minutes on end. So definitely still call to look into these encounters to ensure they spawn correctly (in multiple senses).

Just had 3 back to back in Shadowfen with no issues, on PC-NA, as I travelled on foot from Stormhold to the public dungeon, even got one of the collectable fragments.

Had one in Rivenspire this morning, but it didn't give any loot.
