Got for 2+ years (surgery) so how do re set my numbers?

i have 3 toons, and i need to reset them and get back to the game. Problem is…i am lost! Is there any way to get her going?

If you mean their stats like stam and mag or their skills you can do that at shrines in main cities. Champion points you can do without going to a shrine
