U46 Combat Bug.... Better?

So this is definitely just anecdotal but since U46 released it definitely feels like there's been significantly less "stuck in combat" in Cyrodiil. It's not 100% fixed for sure, but it's been a significant enough difference that it's been mentioned by multiple people in several guilds I'm in. Have other people noticed this as well?

Was... was Blessing of Protection the problem the entire time?

I have more stuck in combat issues in Imperial City than I did before. I can be standing on a balcony in protection with no fights going on around me and alternate between combat/no combat status.

Myself and several friends have noticed this. It was undeniably improved somehow, not sure whether it was intentional or not. At least as far as cyrodiil goes, I seem to be getting stuck in combat far less than before.
