Addon for Buffs

I know there are plenty of addons to display Buffs / Debuffs on you in live time, but I am looking for an addon that would display which buffs you're capable of obtaining with your current gear / abilities on your character and it also be able to let you know if you're duplicating those buffs from gear / abilities.
Example: Ability 1 Gives Major Resolve Buff and Gear Set Bonus 5 Also Gives Major Resolve Buff. The addon would display ALL buffs in the game which you could mouse over to see their effects and if you're capable of obtaining it the Major Resolve from the example would be lit up say green. If its being duplicated as in the example then maybe an "!" beside the Buff in the addon indicating hey you're duplicating the buff and it doesn't stack.
Anyone know if something like this exist?

Defatank✭✭✭✭Just had a side thought as well for Debuffs... Do the same thing tracking which debuff's you're capable of applying to targets too?
For something that rotates buffs / random buffs maybe highlight those in yellow? Saying hey this piece of gear can give these 3 or 5 buffs / debuffs but its not a guarantee.0
