Why are so many pools/fountains silent?

Some pools have splashing sounds when you walk on the water, like the furnishing "Moons-Blessed Ceremonials Pool". But there are several furnishings that does not have it, such as:
- Apocryphal Well
- Firesong Spring
- Sky Spirits Reflection Pool
There is currently no sound to them, which really dulls the experience and takes away from the immersion. Did you just decide to stop adding sound effects to furnishings, or what? It would be greatly appreciated if you could add a splashing sound to these furnishings when a character walks in the water (and no I don't mean the "wet" stepping sound, I mean real splashing like the Ceremonials Pool). Could devs please consider doing something about this?
