Did they change the 'Nonreactive Cincture' lead? (Graven Deep)

Have I missed something on the patch notes about this?
There was a bit of a lull so I decided to finally finish the Telvanni Peninsula mythics to complete the achievements and unlock the mount on my bb alt (surprising no one I am only missing the lead from Graven Deep and the one from Coral Aerie) but after doing the first side boss 28-30 times still haven't dropped it.
I remember being tedious on my other accounts but not this tedious.
Did they take the lead out of the loot pool of this side boss?

No, it took me 60 or so attempts, luckily the Coral Aerie one is 100% though.@Solar_Breeze

Thanks, at least I know I'm not just doing it in vain, much appreciated.
Glad to hear about the coral aerie one too, because it takes me some time to solo that dungeon plus all the side bosses (hence putting it off for so long).

I just got the lead, attempt 32-34 (I lost count at one point) so looks like I got lucky
