What is that maintenance on the DLC release date for consoles?

Can I ask why is there server maintenance until 4pm for EU on the day of content release?
Last year Zenimax did the maintenance for the console EU overnight and we could play the new content from 9am
I know a lot of people that booked the day off work to play this even more expensive DLC
@ZOS_Kevin any idea why the change this year and why the communication for consoles was really poor regarding this?

✭Lol, they have patch maintenance every single year to push the chapter. What are you talking about? Some years it was over by early morning here in the US. Nothing has changed otherwise.4 -
