How to get access to gifts if you are an active player?

Can anyone tell me, I often play The Elder Scrolls Online. I've completed many veteran trials and dungeons, completed the main story quest, and performed many other actions in psijics, the guild of mage fighters, etc. My account has 14,000 achievements and 500 hours of game time. But they don 't give me access to gifts and write " You have little activity . " What is meant by this activity? Should I sit in the game, not go out at all, and not live a real life?

Unfortunately this isn't an issue players can really help with - zos has always been vague about the exact requirements needed for gifting to be enabled.

For what they've said officially, you can look at these posts, but they unfortunately don't really go into specifics about the requirements (other than the account itself being over 180 days past its first login):

If you think you should qualify for gifting, the best thing is probably to appeal their decision (and you could post your ticket number and tag Kevin, who might be able to take a look). Good luck.

I almost write to them every day, and every day I get the same "you're not active." There were moments when I directly showed the history of steam replenishment, showed the time, the number of achievements, led a discussion about the fact that I did not have time to play 24.7. But I received the same answer, I even got the impression that the bot was responding to me

I created another one, but I feel like they'll write to me again :D

    " Greetings,
We regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your request to activate Gifting on your account.
Your account must show consistent game play activity and/or be active in an in-game ESO community prior to submitting your application to be considered for eligibility to participate in the ESO gifting program.
If you wish to appeal this decision or if there is anything else that we can assist you with please let us know by replying back to this ticket.
If you would like to provide feedback regarding the Gifting in The Elder Scrolls Online you can do so here: Feedback and Suggestions about ESO

Have you continually replied to one and only one ticket? If you just keep opening new tickets/requests it will never get to the higher level support that can actually help. You need to be stubborn and consistent with one ticket.

Are you playing through a VPN? I'm wondering why they aren't able to tell that your gameplay is consistent and frequent if you have been playing as much as you say, unless perhaps something is interfering with their ability to see that-- unless that is a generic sort of response whose wording is not necessarily reflective of the actual reason?

Dagoth_Rac - I tried this way)) I got the same answer :D but I'll try it with just one application. but I don't even know what to do anymore.

SeaGtGruff - I also play without a VPN. I do not know the reason, I play a lot, I have a lot of content closed)

That's my guess. If they have a checklist of things they look for, especially if it's automated, then you could be missing one thing and it would return the generic "doesn't meet the requirements for activity" result. And as long as it's their policy not to tell us what's on the checklist, we have no way of knowing why the activity we do have isn't enough.

I think this is complete nonsense, it's one thing when you don't play much, you don't have many achievements or closed content. But when you've already gone through a lot, and they tell you "there's not enough activity." It's really annoying, especially considering that you're donating to the game.

I opened the ticket to enable gifing on my alternate account and tried to check status today. It says that account has been suspended from the site. I have not received any email correspondence for that user name

I got a response from support. It said that they had discussed it with you. I was more pleased with the response "minimum requirements for ESO Gifting access". I have 1500CP, 15k achive, completed many quests, Ahaha, Kevin, how is this possible?dm2vjnj6r88e.png

I'm in same boat as OP.
Just to let you know, don't spam a single ticket or they are going to threaten you to remove the ability to make tickets.
This system is straight up bad and ZOS is actively avoiding the problem.
(I'm still getting refused too 🤡)

Hello, also want to note this actual problem.
I am an ESO+ subscriber and have returned to the game — I’ve been playing ESO every day for several months now, I’m in 5 guilds, and I’ve been playing ESO since 2017. I wanted to give my friend a birthday gift (I bought a Crown Pack), and in the end, support just keeps sending me the same template response — ‘We will not unlock the gifting option for you.’ It feels like they didn’t even look at my account and are simply replying with templates just to close the ticket faster and finish their workday.

I truly love The Elder Scrolls universe, but I’m sorry — when I spend money, and I’m also a fan and an active player, yet I’m treated with such disregard, how am I supposed to come away with a good impression?

The OP's issue has been resolved (they are now banned for being a bad actor), here's Kevin's follow-up: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8334688#Comment_8334688
