Question about the Akatosh and Alduin living armor mounts. In the article it says if you have the Dragon Clash living armor mount, and the Akatosh/Alduin polymorph, you can get either the Times Herald living armor or World-Eaters living armor. Does the Dragon Clash morph into one of said mounts? Or do you keep it and have the Akatosh/Alduin version also? Can you have all three mounts if you get both polymorphs?

i am very interested in these crates.
Stone Nest Landloper again makes me wish to purchase Radiant Apex Mounts directly for Crowns.

that animal is beautiful and i really hope East Solstice has it in the wild and/or as a world boss.

it's a little sad that we need to have 2 Apex Polymorphs and 1 Radiant Apex Mount to get the siblings of the Mount. as they are not easy to get, but they look pretty.

Good job on making the additional furnishings not craftable furnishings this time, Ancient Nord furniture has only been available in the Merethic Collection furniture pack before this.

Edited to add: Actually, as always, PLEASE stop diluting the Apex tier with costumes, skins, personalities, and polymorphs. They should NEVER be more than 100 Gems. We shouldn't be getting fewer and fewer and fewer crate themed mounts.

I am really happy because I don't see the Feral Guardian, Polar Bear skill style and I am now super excited waiting for it to show up in the crown store showcase, directly purchasable with crowns!
Same for the Mammoth Mount!

Thanks for the question! You keep all of the mounts as long as you have the appropriate polymorph.

Actually a good chance this mount will be a boss now that I think about it. The Stone-Nest tribe is on Solstice, but not the western half. So definitely the east half.

Any chance that the endeavor system will ever be updated in the future to allow us to gain them a bit quicker? The way it is now creates an extremely excessive grind. It'd be nice if we literally logged on nearly daily during a given crate season if we were able to earn 1 radiant apex in that season.

What is the difference between the World-Eater's Flame skin and the flame atro skin from the past? Seems very similar to me unless I'm confusing it with something else?

Not a huge difference, but here they are together. The fiery red is less prominent on the Alduin skin.
(kind of looks like it's the Flame Atronach skin wearing a t-shirt (*and pants))

Really glad to not see any skill styles in the crown crates! Gambling on these always feels really bad and I'd much rather just be able to buy them directly in the crown store (when they're being monetized that is, which is already worse than just being earnable in game).

@ZOS_Kevin can we please get the ability to turn anything we get from Crown Crates into Gems? (If you could pass this along to whomever)

I have many mounts, emotes, mementos, costumes, hairstyles, pets, a skin or two, etc.. over the years that I have never used and won't really ever use that I would like to just exchange out for Gems to get some things that I DO want.

Edited to add: and when I say years I mean a lot of years just sitting there collecting dust in my Collections.

Radiant Apex mount are senches, it's pretty disappointing, I would have preferred more diversity

The armors are pretty mid, both are just recolor, and look like already existing ones.

Rest doesn't leave much to be appreciated.

@ZOS_Kevin I want the game to make money and all, and I often buy crates and things from the crown store... but the locking mounts that aren't even all that special behind other crown items and marking them "free" feels almost as gross as the things in the crown store that are free or extremely cheap in game.

I really hope zos reconsiders this tactic in the future... it's pretty off-putting.

Careful when buying the Devourer's Dragonbone weapons. From the pretty pictures on the store page you would think they have a really cool purple glow. It's actually just a purple PNG that adds two flat purple disks on the weapon, resulting in a 2D effect, not a 3D glow effect.

These crown crates seem like a downgrade in quality compared to the last crown crates.

Quick question, the description says you can get the free mount with the "the Time’s Herald Living Armor or the World-Eater’s Living Armor". Is it truly an 'or' or is it an 'and/or'. Can you get both free mounts if you get both Living Armors?

These might be the worst crates I've seen so far. Which gets worse, because I seem to say this with every new crate season. It's just getting worse

So much nonsense in apex tier, with apex mounts that looks like bad photoshop.

So many nonsense skins.

All colours are so exaggerated they don't fit into the the rest of the world.

More weapon styles with noise, which will annoy a lot of people around the person using them.

So much exaggerated light and explosions, which of course is going to give me and many others headaches, eye pain and migraines. The FX doesn't even look good, it's terrible quality with flat colours and too much of them. Like Dragonclash Flame Orbs is a legendary tier memento and that's some of the worst fire effects I've seen.

More body markings (as usual look like some quickly plasted in photoshop images and not actual tattoos, body paint etc), make up, hairstyles (where one is just a recolour and the new one isn't that good quality as all recent new ones), eye changes and whatnot that also got too much weird saturated colours and designs.

Let's not even start on the whole Akatosh Living Armor Senche ordeal.

The list goes on. And before some mod says this is baiting or conspiracy, it's not. It's critisism of a very noticeable decrease in quality and style consistency of a game I used to like a lot, and a franchise I hold dear. Like how can this even be called Elder Scrolls anymore? Where is the love for the setting and lore? Where has quality and style consistency gone? It has gone downhill for a long time, but it somehow still going lower.

At least I won't have to use much seals to get the 3 items I think are nice.

Oh sure they're "free" once you've spent 2,500 Gems/16,000 Seals on the Dragonclash Living Armor Senche and then fork over another 400 Gems/8,000 Seals or 800 Gems/16,000 Seals for the World-Eater's/Time's Herald Living Armor polymorphs if you want BOTH "free" mounts. Regardless in reality they're not free whatosever.

The quality is absolutely abysmal this Crate season.

A half of the Apex mounts don't even make a single sound when they rear up. (And the bear and senche-raht just make their generic noises. Pretty strange for something that looks so draconic-like)

And both the Stone-Nest Landloper and Kyne-Blessed Thundersnow Steed Radiants make no sound when rearing up.

There's about 23 slots in these crates taken up by the weapon and outfit styles and that's on top of the four scrolls still wasting slots in the Legendary and Epic tiers. The two motif books they decided to put in the crate this time, Dragonguard and Greymoor, are a waste as the style pages themselves are cheap through guild traders.

All of the red and yellow in this crate just scream ketchup, mustard, and Ronald McDonald (Sponsored Polymorph when? Lawl) to me.

WHY are we still getting all of the crazy explosions and bright strobes on mounts (All three of the Dragonclash mounts) and both skill styles (Shield Charge, Dragonclash & Volley of the World-Eater) this time around. At least GIVE people the option of toggling these off, ESPECIALLY DURING COMBAT, it's already bad enough that we still see all of crazy colors, beams, explosions, pets, armor effects, and weapon styles even with the Show Additional Ally Effects OFF.

The whole Radiant + two Apex polymorphs to get the "free" mounts makes me wanna spit.

The High Hrothgar Braid is hideous.
Have you ever wanted to look like a candy cane, because that dream can finally come true! (Lawl)

On Argonians its the worst thing I've ever seen, and that's saying something as they have had a LOT of horrible hairstyles

and on any hair color other than white it looks so faded...

Yes, you can collect both if you have both polymorphs since you keep the original senche even after you morph it. Kevin confirmed this earlier in the thread.
