Resolution cannot be altered from monitor default when HDR is enabled [Windows/Europe]

As you can see from the screenshot, the option to change resolution is greyed out. This has been the case ever since the UI rework. Turning off HDR and restarting allows the resolution to be changed.

Historically, I would use Virtual Super Resolution (or DLDSR back when I had an Nvidia card) to allow myself to set the resolution to 2160p (which is something I would do because - to be brutally honest - the TAA (and DLAA) implementation isn't the best and rendering at a higher resolution compensates for the drop in visual quality). Unfortunately, since the recent UI update I have not been able to utilise this feature and the latest hotfix did not address the issue either.
