Hello, about two weeks ago, my wife and a friend were deprived of trading. We can't access our guild bank, send emails, or chat in group chats, among other functions. This happened because my wife repeatedly whispered to our friend, and it was considered "spam." We haven't had any resolution since we tried to communicate. I'm new here and don't know where to write this. I apologize for that.

I recently sent a new ticket because the one I sent was not listed in support before and my reference number is 250612-004260 but it is written in Spanish. If anyone can help me, I would still appreciate it.
