Windows 11 Cumulative patch vs anti-cheat system

First, I have been dealing with this for 4 days. Second, if you have anti-cheat on your system then you better hold on to your seat.
I installed windows 11 and it ran great for 3 days then a patch came out and ESO ran very bad, countless BOSD that was caused by a stopcode and then the final nail in the coffin. They as in MS found what was causing the problem, tried to fix it but made my pc crash even more and the game would not even start. So, if your having big problems then read up about the anti-cheat and patch. I myself deleted W11 and tried to go back to W10 but had H*** because this patch did something to my PC bios and I had to clear the bios to get W10 to install. Good luck to all.
