Bug related to quest Relics of Summerset

I finished the quest, returned the 20 relics to the Old college in Arteum, each bit in its own cabinet. All complete but I did not get the achievement and the reward. I believe this is an ongoing bug but it si very annoying to complete something like that and not get the achievement and reward. Especially as the reward is pretty cool.
The NPC there still returns same dialogue. Completely stuck!
