Xbox crashing when trying to get to Clockwork city - related to the Factotum quest

Hi,
This is related to the Factotum quest as another guild mate is having exactly the same problem today.
During the quest, when returning to clockwork city to get the last few ones missing, the game crashes. I tried any wayshrine in clockwork city, same problem. Been all day. I have no issues when fast travelling anywhere else in the map.
More precisely the game kicks me out with an error message saying to check my Internet but my internet is fine. It only happens every time I try get to clockwork city.

YORKSHIRE76✭✭✭The brass city wayshrine will work for me, all others are a kick from the game.
I cant access the open world of clockwork city, even leaving via the city door results in a game crash.
I've put a ticket in, there is another post about this, for reasons unknown I cant post but I can reply, you are not alone suffering this glitch.0
