How does the New Subclassing Trainer give Players Subclassed into Arcanist Skills their Books?

According to Azhandar in the Loremaster's Archive - The Arcanists, Arcanists have to be chosen by their books, and they need their books in order to cast Arcanist magics.

How does Bahtra at-Hunding get people subclassing into Arcanist skills their books? Does she have a deal with Hermaus Mora that allows her to give some out? Maybe she unlocks people's potential and that makes them palatable for an arcanist book to manifest on Nirn and choose the subclassed adventurer? It is not explained.

Perhaps she learnt a thing or two while studying under Martina Abor? Apparently Martina made many expeditions to the Underweave for her own extensive research, and took Bahtra along on one of her expeditions. Bahtra seems to have impressed her much.

According to Azander, a true Arcanist draws their power through a bonded tome (ref Loremaster's Archive).
It's true that we did not see the process of bonding with a tome during sub-classing study with Bahtra and there was no animation scene for immersion purposes nor did we have a handy lore letter somewhere about. I presume we are left to our role-playing imagination.

I reckon that in the interest of brevity for the sub-classing quest, the Devs did not make immersive interactions for every single class involved. Bahtra stands out in the open next to her cart, sometimes surrounded by players; not a conducive placement for immersive scenes/interactions but that's just a humble opinion.
Perhaps one day, if/when they have the resources to spare, the devs might slip in an extra dialogue with either Bahtra or Azander or even Leramil the Wise (someone known to have made deals with Herma Mora). And hey who knows, maybe one day we'll meet a wandering Rune Knight on the road (and get more Mora lore snippets); that would be cool
