Rightful Inheritance quest bugged

After I took down all 3 wards and returned to the vault, the quest didn't progress, and I can't get into the vault. I've tried relogging and /reloadui but neither works. I've submitted a ticket in the game.

I just did this quest the other day and it worked fine. So when you take down the third ward, Sorendil will go over to where his mother is standing, you go there and speak to Sorendil, and then you both head for the vault.
