The Regnet of Sunport quest is broken

I found the 3 clues and nothjing happens. The quest log show I found them but there is no next step. The quest does not complete.

Happened to me and some guildmates as well. You have to abandon quest, pick it back up (thankfully nearby outside the palace), find the clues, and when one of the NPCs says they’ve found something and you can talk to the lady sitting at the desk upstairs, you’re good.

This time I talked to the NPC before I discovered each clue . And after i discovered each clue they had something to add And then quest told me to go upstairs.

Thank you, this is helpful. Time to abandon quest and try again. The "log out and wait a couple of days" idea doesn't work.
