When will ESO solve its disconnect issues?

No death or speed run attemps forget about it. Be lucky if you can fight to the final boss and loot it!
It is not the first time that I got disconnected in the middle of the final boss fight of such hefty vet trials as sanity edge and only managed to reconnect when the fight is over. Which means: ZERO LOOT, ZERO QUEST REWARD.
Of course I only miss stuff dropping from final boss in vet to complete my sticker board. Of course if I miss out on such an occasion I have wastet about ONE HOUR and precious potions and food for NOTHING.
I am genuinly upset. Really upset.
